Nadia Campos-Soriano

Nadia Campos-Soriano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and design research, currently serving as the Global Director of the iDE Innovation Lab since October 2013. In this role, Nadia leads efforts to enhance livelihoods in Cambodia and broader Southeast Asia through affordable innovations and the application of Human-Centered Design methodology. Previous positions include Director of iDE Innovation Lab Cambodia, Innovation and Research Director at iDE, and Senior Design Research Manager, where Nadia managed design research for various projects aimed at low-income populations. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Innovation & Design Research Expert at the Instituto de Biomecánica and as Project Manager at Lightspeed Research in London. Nadia holds an M.A. in Marketing and Market Research and a B.A. in the same field from the University of Valencia, along with a BSc in Sociology from the Universitat d'Alacant.
