Soban Yan

Soban Yan is a seasoned professional in rural development and sanitation, currently serving as a Sales Manager at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since January 2021, focusing on promoting health and hygiene in rural areas through clean water and latrines as part of the CAPFISH GREEN Project. Prior experience includes roles at WaterSHED as a Provincial Coordinator and Area Supervisor, where Soban Yan collaborated with local authorities and NGOs to enhance sanitation and hygiene initiatives. Soban Yan's career also includes volunteer positions at Clear Cambodia and World Vision Cambodia, along with a youth work role at Cambodia Red Cross. Soban Yan holds a Bachelor's degree in Rural Development from BRIGHT HOPE INSTITUTE and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at Western University.
