Alex Rohozynsky

Alex (Oleksandr) Rohozynsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) practices across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager/MEL Practice Lead at International Development Group LLC since October 2022, Alex has significantly enhanced MEL practices and led successful contract implementations in India. Previous roles include Principal of MERL at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc., where innovative methodologies were pioneered, and Director of Economics and Emerging Areas at DevTech Systems, Inc., where over $100 million in contracts were secured. Alex has also held directorial positions at DAI, Development and Training Services, Kyiv School of Economics, and The RAND, contributing to impactful evaluations and strategic development initiatives. Academically, Alex holds a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the RAND School of Public Policy, along with a Master's in Economics and a Master's in Applied Mathematics from Georgia State University and National Technical University of Ukraine, respectively.
