Sarah Erickson

Sarah Erickson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international policy, program management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Manager II at International Development Group LLC (IDG), Sarah leads operations for a $20 million USAID-funded project in Bangladesh while managing multiple projects across the Indo-Pacific focused on economic growth. Previous roles include Manager I at the Elliott School of International Affairs, where Sarah completed a Master of International Policy & Practice, and Co-Executive Director at Mt. Cross Camp, where organizational stability and stakeholder engagement were prioritized. In earlier positions, Sarah developed a volunteer service program in Cambodia and led community initiatives at various church organizations.
