Alexandra Caron

Alexandra Caron, CPA, MBA, serves as the Principal Financial Analyst for External Funds at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since April 2020. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Senior Accountant at EY from January 2018 to April 2020 and specialized in dental benefits at Desjardins Sécurité financière from April 2015 to January 2018. Alexandra began a career in the healthcare sector as a Technician at the Ministry of Health and Social Services from May 2014 to April 2015. Educational achievements include a Master's in Accounting and multiple graduate and undergraduate degrees in accounting and business administration from Université Laval and CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence, with studies ongoing for a Graduate Diploma in International Development and Humanitarian Action at Université Laval.
