Kaia Ambrose

Kaia Ambrose is an experienced professional in the fields of monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Acting Director and Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning within the Policy and Evaluation Division at the International Development Research Centre since March 2024. Previously, from January 2000 to March 2024, Kaia Ambrose worked as a self-employed Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for a diverse array of organizations, including Global Affairs Canada, CARE, and Oxfam. Additional roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Global Affairs Canada, Evaluation Specialist at FAO, and Evaluation Officer at the Caribbean Development Bank. Kaia Ambrose holds a Master's degree in Community-Based Natural Resource Management from Universidad Catolica del Ecuador and a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Development Studies from Trent University.
