Marina Keza

Marina Keza is an accomplished data strategist and analyst with extensive experience in fostering data-driven cultures and implementing effective data management strategies. Currently employed at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since September 2022, Marina successfully organized the first Open House event, promoting data initiatives and receiving accolades from senior leadership. Previous roles include data reporting specialist at the World Skills Employment Centre, where data strategies were designed and insights shared to drive decision-making, and resource worker at the Centre des services communautaires Vanier, enhancing client services through data management and instruction. Earlier positions include assistant database manager at Bolloré Transport & Logistics, where effective communication ensured consistent data capture, and database designer and developer for Sea and Lake View Hotel, where Marina analyzed and improved data processes. Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (Cum Laude) from InterCollege Larnaca, completed in 2017.
