Roselyne Yao

Roselyne Yao is a Private Sector Engagement Officer at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since June 2021, specializing in providing technical assistance on private sector engagement in various programs including Climate Resilient Food Systems and Global Health. Previously, Roselyne served as a Partnership Officer at IDRC, advising on resource mobilization strategies and facilitating significant research partnerships. With prior experience as a Project Manager at Dalberg and a Senior Consultant at Performances Management Consulting, Roselyne has managed numerous projects and developed strategic plans for public and private entities in Africa. Additional roles include serving as a Steering Committee Member for AfricaSIF and conducting research for multiple organizations. Roselyne holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BSBA from Boston University.
