Tayib Fall currently serves as a Program Officer at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since June 2023 and is a co-founder of Baobab Consulting since March 2016. Previous experience includes being a Chevening Scholar from September 2021 to August 2022 and holding roles as Head of Monitoring and Evaluation and Student Development Officer at Université Gaston Berger from September 2015 to April 2020. Tayib also worked as a Hub Manager at JokkoLabs from October 2013 to December 2014 and as a University Programs Specialist at Google from July 2012 to August 2013. Additionally, Tayib was a Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State from February 2008 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include an MA in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development from UCL Institute of Education (2021-2022), a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies from Webster University (2008-2010), and a certificate in Intensive English from the University of California, Santa Cruz (February 2008 - August 2008).
