Tricia Wind is a seasoned professional in international development, currently serving as Program Leader for the Knowledge and Innovation Exchange at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) since September 2007, following a role as Senior Program Specialist in Evaluation. Prior to IDRC, Tricia worked as an Independent Consultant for various international development organizations from 2003 to 2007, where projects included research for World Vision Canada focused on local poverty. Tricia's earlier experience includes serving as Justice Education Coordinator at CRWRC from 1998 to 2002, supporting the capacity building of staff and partners across eight countries in areas such as gender, human rights, and peace-building. Tricia holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McMaster University.
