Les Arnett

Les Arnett is an experienced instructional developer and educator with a strong background in aviation training and program development. Currently serving as an Instructional Developer at International Development & Resources Inc. since May 2021, Les previously held the role of Senior Instructor - Aviation Training at Global Aerospace Logistics from 2009 to 2020, where responsibilities included delivering in-flight training and managing schedules. Earlier, Les worked as a Senior Instructional Developer at International Development & Resources Inc. from 2001 to 2009, focusing on course analysis, design, and implementation. Les's foundational experience includes serving as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and Technical Trainer for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) from 1986 to 2001, where program administration and advanced training development were key responsibilities. Les earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Management from Austin Peay State University.
