Beatriz Yáñez Jiménez is an experienced advocacy professional with a strong background in public health and disease prevention. Currently serving as the Advocacy Manager at the International Diabetes Federation since August 2013, Beatriz leads advocacy strategies, develops materials, and represents the organization at various events. Previous roles include Global Advocacy Coordinator and Global Advocacy Administrator at IDF, where Beatriz managed patient networks and coordinated diabetes campaigns aligned with global summits. Additional experience includes working with the European Health Parliament, the European Public Health Alliance, and Pfizer, with a focus on health policy and institutional relations.
