Bruno Carrattini

Bruno Carrattini is a distinguished professional in the field of nutrition and diabetes education, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Type 1 Diabetes Committee at Sociedad de Diabetología y Nutrición del Uruguay since January 2023. As a member of the board of the same organization since December 2020, Bruno has contributed significantly to diabetes care and advocacy through various roles, including Educator in Diabetes at Hospital Británico and active participation as a Young Delegate for NCD Alliance and a Young Leader in Diabetes for the International Diabetes Federation. Bruno's expertise is backed by a Master's degree in Nutrition from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and a Licentiate in Nutrition from Universidad de la República, complemented by specializations in Diabetology. Bruno's international experience includes being a Patient Champion at the WHO's 72nd World Health Assembly and participating in the Youth Innovation Lab by the World Diabetes Foundation.
