Dr. Jackie Kassouf Maalouf

Dr. Jackie Kassouf Maalouf has a diverse work experience. Dr. Jackie currently serves as the Vice President of the International Diabetes Federation. Dr. Jackie is also the Founder and President of DiaLeb - National Diabetes Organization since 2010. In addition, they are the Co-Chair MENA and Founder and Co-Chair of the Lebanon Chapter at Catalyst 2030. Dr. Jackie is the President of DiaLeb USA, a sister organization of DiaLeb founded in Lebanon, which focuses on providing care for underprivileged diabetics. Dr. Jackie has also worked as a Public Speaker and Public Figure for conferences and events since 2012. Prior to that, they were a Lecturer at the American University of Beirut, where they taught subjects such as Successful Event Management, Public Speaking, and Time Management. Dr. Jackie has also worked as a Lecturer at the American University of Culture & Education (AUCE) and as a Freelance Event Organizer. Dr. Jackie's earlier work experience includes serving as the Public Relations Manager at SAGESSE HIGH SCHOOL and as the Purchasing Manager at Importadora Byblos - Ecuador.

Dr. Jackie Kassouf Maalouf's education history includes earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Relations/Image Management from Corllins University in Virginia, USA, from 2006 to 2011. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Psychology from Yale University and also completed a course on Mind Control: Managing your mental Health during Covid-19 from the University of Toronto.

Additionally, Dr. Maalouf has obtained several certifications, including Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in April 2023, COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Johns Hopkins Medicine in November 2020, and Diabetes Educator from the International Diabetes Federation in October 2020. Dr. Jackie also obtained certifications in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism from the Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen and the International Diabetes Federation in October 2020. Furthermore, they received certification in Nutrition And Sports from the University of Colorado in October 2020 and Hogan Certification Level 1 from Hogan Assessment Systems in May 2020. Lastly, they became a Diabetes Conversation Map Facilitator through Eli Lilly and Company in July 2012.
