Filip Damevski has extensive experience in the field of human resources, starting from roles as Human Resources Assistant and Officer before becoming the Head and Chief of Human Resources at the International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID). Prior to that, Filip worked as a Payroll Clerk at OSCE and gained experience as a Junior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Filip holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing and Management from the University of Vienna and a BBA in International Business from Schiller International University.

International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID)
Established in 2012, the International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID) is an intergovernmental organization whose mandate is to promote the use of dialogue globally to prevent and resolve conflict, to enhance understanding and cooperation. KAICIID is the only intergovernmental organization with a Board of Directors made up of representatives from major world religions (Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism). The Founding States of the Centre (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Republic of Austria and Kingdom of Spain) constitute the “Council of Parties” responsible for overseeing the work of the Centre; the Holy See is admitted as a Founding Observer to the Centre. The Centre is headed by a Secretary General.
