Blaine Dunn

Blaine Dunn, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance and Administration for the International Economic Development Council since January 2024, where responsibilities include financial management and maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. Previously, Blaine held the position of Accounting Director for the City of Fort Collins from April 2014 to December 2023, overseeing a 20-member team and managing significant funding rounds totaling over $280 million, while ensuring compliance and maintaining a Moody's Aaa credit rating. Prior roles include Investment Administrator, Senior Treasury Analyst, and Sales Tax Auditor, with experience in managing investment portfolios, conducting audits, and providing financial analysis. Blaine began a career in finance at Mary Biggers, State Farm Insurance, serving as an Office Associate, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
