James Valle

James Valle is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business leadership and financial consulting. As the Chief Executive Officer of EFAS Technologies, Inc. since July 2023 and the Owner of James Valle & Company, CPAs since 1984, James Valle has focused on maximizing client wealth through exceptional business consulting and financial planning services. Additionally, James Valle founded and serves as Chairman of the International Economic Justice League, Inc., a charitable organization dedicated to combating corruption. Previously, James Valle held the position of Chief Operating Officer at IntelliFlux Controls, where the company developed advanced control systems for water treatment plants, and served as CEO of Fiber Bridge Communications, Inc. from 1990 to 2009. James Valle also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graduate School of Management, instructing in accounting. James Valle holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Accounting, Economics, and Environmental Science from the University of San Diego.
