Director, New Business Development, Railway Sales at International Electronic Machines

Donald Richard Arthur has a long history of work experience. Donald Richard began their career in 1987 as VP Finance, Administration and Marketing for International Electronic Machines Corporation. In this role, they handled all finance and administrative functions, as well as all marketing and sales. In 1997, they became President of CyberTran New York LLC and CyberTran International, Inc., companies established to develop and market the CyberTran automated rapid transit technology. In 2000, they moved to Albany County, where they were the Director of Administration, running the back office including budgeting, grants administration, human resource functions, purchasing, and accounts payable and receivable. Donald Richard also quadrupled the grants program in two years from $300,000 to $1.2 million. In 2012, they joined the City of Lynn, Mass. as the Director of Special Projects. In 2016, they returned to International Electronic Machines Corporation as Director of New Business Development, Railway Sales and Consultant - Director of New Business Development - Railroads.

Donald Richard Arthur obtained their High School degree from Choate Rosemary Hall in 1970. Donald Richard then attended New York University from 1970-1973. In 1977, they obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus in Finance and Public Sector Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for 60% through the GFOA CPFO program.
