Zack Mian

Zack Mian has extensive experience in the tech industry. Zack began their career in 1984 as the Software Manager at Playnet, where they assisted in designing and implementing one of the first online systems allowing users to chat, email, share information, and play games against each other. In the same year, they became the Director of New Product Development at Angel Labs. Two years later, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Angel Labs. In 1987, they were appointed President of IEM Corporation, where they designed one of the first in-car navigation systems as a joint venture with Map-Info (Pitney-Bowes). In 1988, they became President and CEO of International Electronic Machines Corporation.

Zack Mian received their B.S. in Computer Engineering from The University of Kansas between 1978 and 1982. Zack then went on to receive their M.S. in Industrial Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1984. In 1994, they obtained Dale Carnegie Sales Training from Dale Carnegie Training. In 2018, they obtained Performance-Based Hiring from Lynda.com.
