Claudio Miers

Claudio Miers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management, operational excellence, and organizational transformation across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Member of the International Executive Resources Group (IERG) since February 2022, Claudio previously founded and manages Pitcairn Partners, focusing on critical talent investment projects. Claudio held key leadership positions at Emerson Automation Solutions from 2003 to 2016, including Vice President of Operational Excellence and General Manager, where significant efficiency improvements and profitable growth initiatives were implemented. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Black & Decker Corporation, where Claudio contributed to market penetration and manufacturing optimization in the Americas, and diverse HR management roles at ABB and ALCOA. Claudio's educational background includes programs from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with a BA in Business Administration from Paulo Eiro College and a technical diploma in Mechanical Technology from UniSociesc Centro Universitário.
