Emy Laura Tapia Magne has extensive experience in human rights and international law, currently serving as a Program Officer at the International Federation for Human Rights, after progressing through roles as Program Assistant and Intern within the same organization. Prior to this, Emy completed an internship at the Embassy of Bolivia in France and participated in the United Nations 56th Graduate Study Programme in Geneva. Emy co-founded the Observatoire du droit international, focusing on promoting public international law, and has held various internships in legal research and education, including roles at the Tribunal Departamental de Justicia de La Paz and Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, where responsibilities included legal research, teaching assistance, and administrative support. Emy holds multiple degrees in law and international cooperation, including a Master in International Cooperation and NGOs from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord.
