Elaine Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Elaine is currently the Director, Head of Human Capital at IFAC, where they oversee human resources and talent management. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at IFAC.
Before IFAC, Elaine served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CenterSquare Investment Management and the Head of Recruitment at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC. Elaine also has experience as the Founder and Principal of EK Young & Associates, LLC, an accounting and finance placement firm, where they partnered closely with organizations to identify the right talent fit.
Earlier in their career, Elaine worked as the Director of Talent Management at Tatum, an interim leadership and consulting services firm, and as an HR Consultant at Apollo Global Management LLC. Elaine also held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President and Global Head of the Recruiting & Generalist teams for the Investment Management Division.
Elaine started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at ASARCO and an Audit Senior at KPMG. Overall, they have a strong background in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment, with experience in finance and accounting industries.
Elaine Young completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. Elaine attended the university from 1985 to 1989.
