Jean Bouquot

Jean Bouquot is an experienced professional in the field of accounting and auditing, currently serving as Vice President at IFAC since November 2022. Previously, Jean held the position of President at the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) from February 2017 to January 2023 and served as an Associate and statutory auditor at EY from 2002 until January 2023. Jean is noted for being a member of the Executive Committee for the FraMaLux region (France-Maghreb-Luxembourg) during the tenure at EY. Additionally, Jean was the President of the Compagnie Régionale des Commissaires aux Comptes de Versailles from 2015 to 2017 and was elected to the council of the CRCC in 2013. Jean began a career at Arthur Andersen from 1980 to 2002 as an Associate. Jean holds degrees from HEC Paris, has expertise in accounting and auditing, and attended Sciences Po and IHEDN for further education.
