Michelle Brody has a diverse work experience spanning across various fields. Michelle began their career as a Senior Counselor at Spring Lake Day Camp in 2006 and also worked as a General Assistant at the International Kennel Club from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they served as an Intern at the Nantucket Film Festival and later became a Receptionist at the Midtown Tennis Club.

Michelle then worked as a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant at Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, PC from 2009 to 2010, where they managed court-related tasks and edited legal documents. Michelle then joined The Leith Agency as an Intern/Traffic Coordinator in 2011, where they coordinated work flows and organized office meetings.

In 2012, Michelle held multiple roles. Michelle worked as a Jurisprudence Tutor at the University of Glasgow, leading tutorial sessions and grading essays. Michelle also worked at Metis Partners Limited as a Senior Intellectual Property Analyst & IP Valuation Manager, gaining experience in IP valuation, due diligence, and strategy.

Michelle's most recent role, starting in 2016, is as the Principal and Head of Intellectual Property at the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). In this position, they manage intellectual property matters related to compliance, policies, and commercial arrangements, while overseeing the adoption and implementation of international standards.

Michelle Brody obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and French from New York University in 2009. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of Glasgow, which they completed in 2012. In the same year, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Internet Law and Policy from the University of Strathclyde.

Michelle took a break from their formal education and in 2014, they enrolled in BPP Law School to pursue a GDL (English Law Conversion) degree, which they completed in 2015. Afterwards, they pursued a legal practice course (LPC) at BPP Law School for a year, from 2015 to 2016.

In terms of certifications, Michelle received the title of "Attorney And Counselor" from the New York State Bar Association in November 2021.
