Bhupinder Tomar

Bhupinder Tomar possesses extensive experience in humanitarian and development sectors, currently serving as the Head of Delegation for the West Coast Cluster at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) since April 2021. Prior roles include Programme Coordinator for Myanmar at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Founder and CEO of Asaan. Bhupinder Tomar has also held significant positions within the IFRC, including Head of Programmes and Corporate Services for Africa and Country Representative for Vietnam. Bhupinder Tomar’s educational background includes an MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with degrees in Labour Law and Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, respectively. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Osmania University.
