Ivana Mrdja

Ivana Mrdja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and resource mobilization, currently serving as the Manager for these areas at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) since June 2005. Notable achievements include the development of multi-year partnerships with key government entities, negotiation of significant funding agreements, and leading dialogues to secure funding recognition. Prior roles within IFRC involved relationship management, operational support during humanitarian crises, and reporting, including work during the Gujarat and Bengkulu earthquakes. Ivana Mrdja also held a board member position at The Martin Ennals Foundation from June 2019 to March 2023. Academically, Ivana holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Belgrade.
