Miglė Promoskalytė

Miglė Promoskalytė is a PMER & Quality Assurance Senior Officer at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, where responsibilities include coordinating emergency planning processes and enhancing programme monitoring and evaluation capabilities. Previously, Miglė served as a Senior Project Manager at Lithuanian Red Cross, contributing to project management across various stages, and held roles such as CVA Officer and Project Coordinator within the same organization. Earlier experience includes working as FOH Staff at UNICUS SHEFFIELD LIMITED and fulfilling mentoring and representative roles at The University of Sheffield. Miglė holds a Master's degree in Politics & Media in East Asia and a Bachelor's degree in Korean Studies, complemented by advanced Korean language training from Yonsei University.
