Moraima Ferradas Reyes

Moraima (Moci) Ferradas Reyes is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, consultancy, and coaching. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Austral Education Group since April 2024, Moci collaborates with international business school faculty to enhance educational experiences for students while building relationships with local business communities. Previous roles include consulting for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in finance and governance, and ownership of Embrace Change Coaching, where Moci focuses on client development and tailored coaching programs. Moci has also led programs at Emprendedoras del Hogar NGO, managed operations at Simple Life Solutions Corp., practiced law at DLA Piper Peru, and served as an associate professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Moci holds an International MBA from IE Business School and a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, complemented by a certification in life coaching from the International Coach Academy.
