Olga Dzhumaeva

Olga Dzhumaeva serves as the Head of Delegation for East Asia at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), where responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives across Russia, Belarus, and Moldova, and enhancing National Societies' programmatic capabilities to address humanitarian needs. With extensive experience in various management roles within IFRC and the British Red Cross, including partnerships, resource development, and operational representation, Olga has a proven track record of fostering collaboration with governmental and multilateral organizations. Educationally, Olga holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Development Management from The Open University and has actively contributed to humanitarian efforts during crises, such as coordinating support for the Ukrainian Red Cross amidst ongoing conflict.
