Olena Welch

Olena Welch is the current Head of Global Resource Ministries at IFES. Olena has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles with various organizations. Olena has a passion for customer service and hospitality, which they demonstrated during their time as a Hospitality and Customer Service Volunteer at IFES Schloss Mittersill Conference and Study Center. Olena also has experience as an English Language Teacher at Specialized English School #1. Olena's experience and dedication to their work makes their an excellent leader and an asset to any organization.

Olena Welch has a Master's Degree in Global Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor's Degree in English and German from Volins'kij Deržavnij Universitet im. Leci Ukrainki.
