Adam Gross

Adam Gross is an experienced international lead consultant specializing in access to finance, collateralized commodity finance, and climate-smart agriculture. Currently serving at the World Bank Group since December 2016, Adam has directed various programs aimed at enhancing financial access for MSMEs, agribusinesses, and smallholder farmers across Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, and South Asia. As the Founding Facilitator for the AfCFTA Association of African Commodity Exchanges, Adam provides technical guidance for pan-African economic integration. Additional roles include consultancy at the World Food Programme, the International Cocoa Organization, and serving as a director at Darhei Noam Limited. Adam has significant expertise in project design, resource mobilization, agribusiness strategy, and legislative framework development, supported by a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Oxford, University of Leeds, and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
