K M Hasan Ripon serves as the President of the Trainers Association of Bangladesh since December 2024, aiming to empower trainers nationally. Currently holding multiple leadership roles, Ripon is Managing Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Network and National Host for the Entrepreneurship World Cup - Bangladesh. As Executive Director and Principal (In Charge) at Daffodil Institute of Engineering & Technology and Executive Director of Bangladesh Skill Development Institute, Ripon focuses on enhancing vocational training and ensuring employability. Additional roles include Employability Mentor at Daffodil International University, International Partner for Bangladesh with the World Business Angels Investment Forum, and a Short Term Consultant for the World Bank Group. Ripon holds multiple degrees including an MBA in Marketing and is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Techno India University.
