Nicole Kilfoy

Nicole Kilfoy, MHRM, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Facilities at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) since January 2016, following multiple HR leadership roles within the organization. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Human Resources for Canada at both Credit Suisse and Russell Investments, where leadership skills were developed further as the Director of Human Resources at Russell Investments and as a Human Resources Generalist at General Electric. Earlier in the career, Nicole worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University.
