Cynthia Neal

Cynthia Neal has extensive work experience in various roles. Cynthia currently works as a Portfolio Director at the International Fresh Produce Association, where they oversee the marketing and underwriting of the Science & Technology portfolio. Cynthia is responsible for developing and executing annual business plans and ensuring cross-departmental coordination. Prior to this, Cynthia served as a Portfolio Marketing Manager and Science & Technology Business Manager, where they managed resources, implemented strategies, and coordinated events. Cynthia also worked as a Government Relations & Public Affairs Coordinator, where they handled food safety communications, created new initiatives, and organized meetings with government officials. Before joining the International Fresh Produce Association, Cynthia worked as an Assistant Manager at Conectiv Swim Club, where they maintained a pleasant environment and managed staffing and budgets.

Cynthia Neal completed their Masters degree in Public Administration from Villanova University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their B.S. in International Relations, History, and Economics from the University of Delaware from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they attended the Emerging Leaders Program at Thunderbird, although the specific years are not provided.
