Nikki Wootten is an experienced education and program manager specializing in talent development within the fresh produce industry. Currently serving as the Education & Program Manager at the International Fresh Produce Association since January 2022, Nikki previously held positions such as Program Manager at the Center for Growing Talent by PMA from February 2017 to January 2022, and Event and Education Coordinator at the Produce Marketing Association from December 2014 to January 2017. Earlier in career, Nikki managed operations at Timothys of Newark from February 2013 to November 2014. Nikki holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Delaware Technical Community College, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
