Paulina Theologou Criticos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, and finance. Currently serving as CEO EMEA at Westfalia Fruit, Paulina has held several key positions within the organization, including Group Global Executive focused on Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Group Commercial Executive. Paulina also contributes to the industry as a Board Member for the International Fresh Produce Association, Westfalia Fruit Peru, and Westfalia Fruit Colombia. Earlier in their career, Paulina held various finance roles at Standard Bank Group, rising from Africa Corporate Finance Associate/Manager to UK Corporate Finance Vice President and ultimately Corporate Finance Vice President.
