Flavia della Rosa

Flavia Della Rosa serves as a Senior Institutional Governance and Member Relations Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since October 2018, contributing to the planning of governing body meetings and playing a key role in the appointment of the IFAD President. Previously, Flavia held various positions within IFAD, including Advisor to the Associate Vice-President of the External Relations and Governance Department, where responsibilities spanned strategic advice, document review, and event organization. Flavia’s experience also includes roles as a Financial Inclusion and Insurance Consultant at IFAD and a Researcher and Qualitative Data Specialist at Kimetrica International Limited, working with clients such as WFP and UNICEF. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SOAS University of London.
