Gene Moses

Gene Moses is a seasoned professional in agribusiness and international development, currently serving as a Senior Partnership Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since August 2020, where responsibilities include cultivating partnerships and mobilizing resources from diverse stakeholders. Prior to this role, Gene was self-employed as an International Agribusiness Advisor-Consultant and worked as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud. From March 2006 to November 2019, Gene held the position of Senior Strategy & Knowledge Officer in the Agribusiness Department at the International Finance Corporation, focusing on strategy development and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Gene contributed to the World Economic Forum's Transformation Leaders Network, facilitating partnerships across 19 countries to enhance agricultural outcomes. Gene holds a Master's degree in International Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Georgetown University.
