Haoua Sienta serves as the Country Director for Cabo Verde, Gambia, and Guinea at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since July 2015, overseeing integrity, transparency, and equity in management while advocating for national programs to enhance the livelihoods of rural populations. Previously, Haoua held positions as the Senior Finance Officer and Team Leader for West & Central Africa at IFAD, Regional Finance Manager at the World Wildlife Fund, and Country Finance Manager at Plan International. With experience in financial management across diverse initiatives, Haoua also worked as a Survey Specialist at AYANI and progressed from Hedge Fund Accountant to Senior Analyst at PNC. Haoua's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Wilmington University, a certification in Accounting and Business Management from The Wharton School, and a Master of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the National School of Administration in Mali.
