Hilal Mudaser

Hilal Mudaser currently serves as the Regional Corporate Services Manager for East and Southern Africa at the International Fund for Agricultural Development since September 2023. Previously, Hilal held the position of Head of Support Services for Ukraine at the Danish Red Cross from July 2022 to June 2023 and the same title for Turkey at the Danish Refugee Council from February 2021 to July 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Manager for Thailand, India, and Bangladesh at Mercy Corps, Operations Support Coordinator in Borno, Nigeria at Action Against Hunger, and Support Services Manager at Mercy Corps. Earlier professional positions include Human Resources Manager at UNOSIS Technologies, Banking and Finance Associate at J&K Bank, and Administration and Accounts Assistant at Handicap International. Hilal holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies and Diplomacy from the University for Peace, Executive Education in Project Finance and Management from Maastricht School of Management, an MBA from Delhi Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences from the University of Kashmir.
