Mollie Brennan is a seasoned professional in environmental consulting and sustainability with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Consultant for Environment, Climate and Gender at the International Fund for Agricultural Development since January 2022, Mollie has previously worked as a Consultant for the United Nations Food Systems Summit at the World Food Programme and as a Senior Consultant at DNV, aiding clients in embedding sustainability into their core business strategies. Prior to these roles, Mollie held positions at Global Counsel, where support was provided to various stakeholders in navigating climate and sustainability policy, and also worked with Soffles Pitta Chips and Bonas MacFarlane in brand and educational capacities.
