Radu Damianov

Radu DAMIANOV is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Regional Finance Officer & Team Leader for West and Central Africa at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Radu oversees the financial operations of a $1.5 billion portfolio comprising 55 projects in 24 countries. Previous roles include Head of Finance at the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine, where Radu managed a €20.8 million budget, and Finance Officer at EUCAP NESTOR, focusing on compliance and financial reporting. Radu's career also features positions at Air Liquide, where critical contributions were made in financial reporting and treasury project management, as well as experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and financial statement restatement. Radu holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
