Sireen Shakhshir is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, gender coordination, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Jobb och utbildning coach at Folkuniversitet Växjö and Arcus since 2022, Sireen has also held the position of Internationell samordnare MENA at Linnaeus University since 2016. Sireen's extensive experience includes roles such as Regional Gender Coordinator at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Coordinator for the National Committee on Gender-Based Violence at UNFPA in Palestine. Additional contributions have been made at Birzeit University Women’s Studies Center, where Sireen works as the Activities Coordinator, and in administrative support within the Higher Education Ministry since 1997. Sireen holds a Master's degree in International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmö University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Master's degree in Islamic History and Culture from Birzeit University.
