Vincent Roger

Vincent Roger is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in agricultural development, particularly in markets and value chains. Currently serving as a FARM P3 Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Vincent leads pilot interventions in Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe, focusing on private sector engagement and blended finance mechanisms. Previously, as a Senior Agro-Industry Consultant at AGRA, Vincent designed inclusive agro-processing strategies for multiple African countries. Additional roles include Technical Expert at the Global Cold Chain Alliance, Livelihood Restoration Specialist at Human Ecology Consulting, and Senior Agribusiness Advisor at Financial Services Volunteer Crops. Vincent holds a Master of Science and an Engineer's degree in Agri-food Sciences from Montpellier SupAgro, along with a Bachelor of Science in Population and Ecosystem Biology.
