Vincent Roger is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in agricultural development, particularly in markets and value chains. Currently serving as a FARM P3 Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Vincent leads pilot interventions in Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe, focusing on private sector engagement and blended finance mechanisms.
