Dr. Jeffrey O

Dr. Jeffrey O has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Dr. Jeffrey served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for St. Justine, an ultra-luxury travel brand. Dr. Jeffrey was also the President of the International Hospitality Institute, where they focused on promoting excellence in the industry. Dr. Jeffrey O served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Telacoach, a coaching, therapy, and advisor app. Prior to these roles, they held leadership positions in various hotel companies, including Remington Hotels, Mercury Hotels International, New Generation Hospitality Group, and GF Management. Their responsibilities included overseeing operations, managing hotel assets, and implementing corporate restructuring. Dr. Jeffrey O has a strong background in P&L management and has worked with well-known hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Sheraton, and Holiday Inn.

Dr. Jeffrey O has a Master's degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2023 to 2024. Dr. Jeffrey also has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Leadership Studies from Johnson University, earned between 2016 and 2020. Dr. O holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Training & Development from Amberton University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, they are a Certified Master Transformational Coach and a Certified Hotel Administrator, having obtained these certifications in 2020 and 2003, respectively.
