Raeesa Mohamed

Raeesa Mohamed is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry field, currently serving as a Patisserie Lecturer at the International Hotel School since March 2023. Responsibilities include conducting theory lectures, kitchen practical sessions, and ensuring high pass and throughput rates. Raeesa also owns Lumiere Patisserie and has held various pastry positions at notable establishments, including Chef De Partie Pastry at Meisei Restaurants and Demi-chef De Partie Pastry at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas.
