Prakash Jha

Prakash Jha is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with a strong background in governance and development projects. Currently serving as the Team Leader for the International IDEA in Karnali Province since January 2021, Prakash Jha manages the integration of Coherence learnings into the Provincial Centre for Good Governance while coordinating with various government and development partners. Prior roles include MEL Manager at International IDEA, Interim MEL Director for USAID's Sajhedari Project, and Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Governance Facility managed by DANIDA. Prakash Jha has a successful history of leading MEL components, implementing various project plans, and contributing to capacity development efforts across multiple organizations, including GIZ and DFID. Prakash Jha holds a Master of Arts in Rural Development and a Bachelor of Law with a focus on National and International Law.
