John Perkins

John Perkins possesses extensive experience in system engineering and military service. Currently serving as System Engineering Manager at ISC2 since April 2020, John previously held roles such as Sr Network Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Sr Network Technology Engineer at L3 Communications. With an impressive military background in the U.S. Navy Reserve since 1987 in various capacities, including ETCM and Senior Chief, John has managed significant programs, developed leadership at all levels, and ensured operational readiness for submarines. Educationally, John earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology Management from Excelsior University, complemented by earlier studies at San Jacinto College.
