Sung Eun Lim is a seasoned patent attorney and legal professional with comprehensive experience in various areas of law, including special education advocacy and insurance litigation. Currently serving as an iBRAIN School Attorney, HR Generalist, Compliance Officer, and CE ETM Research at the International Institute for the Brain since November 2020, Sung Eun Lim represents special education students in administrative hearings and drafts class action pleadings against state Departments of Education. Prior experience includes working as a litigation attorney at the Law Offices of Jan Meyer & Associates, focusing on insurance subrogation and all phases of civil litigation, and serving as a USPTO registered patent attorney at Maynard Cooper & Gale, where responsibilities included patent litigation and research. Sung Eun Lim holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and an Economics degree from Wellesley College.
