With extensive experience in academia and finance, Dr. AlSwaidan has contributed as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Portsmouth from September 2018 to November 2021 and as a Partner & Sukuk Advisor at Ahmed Al Fadda - Attorneys & Counselors at Law until December 2019. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Arabco Group and a member of the Research Group of Ethical Finance and Islamic Finance at the University of Portsmouth. Dr. AlSwaidan's professional background also features notable positions such as Senior Shariah Consultant at Alinma Bank, Shariah Consultant at Gatehouse Bank plc, and Business Consultant at Symble Ltd. Academic qualifications encompass a PhD in Islamic Finance and various certifications in leadership, project management, and business from prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and UCLA.
